Dalat Hasfarm is the leading producer of cut flowers and plants in Vietnam and is active in wholesale and mass retail and operates its own flower shops in major cities in Vietnam. To pursue further growth of the online sales we are looking for an experienced and passionate Ecommerce Manager in HCM City.
The Ecommerce Manager will support online sales efforts in Vietnam and will report directly to the Product Development Director.
Position: ECOMMERCE MANAGER
Main tasks:
- Manage day-to-day operations that support e-commerce business including but not limited to, sales planning, forecasting, & reporting, web analyzing, digital marketing, and operations & logistics. Manage a team of online marketers and customer service staff.
- Plan and develop strategies to continuously improve and optimize the online experience as well as develop affiliate marketing programs, SEO, SEM, Social Media and Email marketing.
- Stay up to date of online trends and software developments.
- Provide analytic reports of online sales.
- Create and maintain an online business plan.
Requirements:
- To be educated to degree level in Digital Marketing or any related field;
- Have creative and free spirit;
- Be able to make and implement online business plan;
- Have ability and experience in team management;
- To be well-informed about mordern technology and front end technology to be able to optimize web page, social network, and mobile application.
- Have knowledge about Magento and online payment are preferable.
Working location: Ho Chi Minh.
Salary: Salary will be in line with experience and qualifications.
