Dalat Hasfarm is the leading producer of cut flowers and plants in Vietnam and is active in wholesale and mass retail and operates its own flower shops in major cities in Vietnam. To pursue further growth of the online sales we are looking for an experienced and passionate Ecommerce Manager in HCM City.

The Ecommerce Manager will support online sales efforts in Vietnam and will report directly to the Product Development Director.

Position: ECOMMERCE MANAGER 

Main tasks:

1. Manage day-to-day operations that support e-commerce business including but not limited to, sales planning, forecasting, & reporting, web analyzing, digital marketing, and operations & logistics. Manage a team of online marketers and customer service staff.
2. Plan and develop strategies to continuously improve and optimize the online experience as well as develop affiliate marketing programs, SEO, SEM, Social Media and Email marketing.
3. Stay up to date of online trends and software developments.
4. Provide analytic reports of online sales.
5. Create and maintain an online business plan.           

Requirements:

1. To be educated to degree level in Digital Marketing or any related field;
2. Have creative and free spirit;
3. Be able to make and implement online business plan;
4. Have ability and experience in team management;
5. To be well-informed about mordern technology and front end technology to be able to optimize web page, social network, and mobile application.
6. Have knowledge about Magento and online payment are preferable.

Working location: Ho Chi Minh.

Salary: Salary will be in line with experience and qualifications.

Dalat Hasfarm, a 100% foreign-owned business, pioneers in developing professional floriculture in Vietnam and aims to be the biggest flower producer and exporter in South-East Asia. We are looking for an Internal Audit Supervisor to join and contribute to the rapid growth of the company.

Position: ASSISTANT INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER 

Main tasks:

1. Ensure successful completion of assigned audit engagements, from starting to finishing;
2. Assist the Internal Audit Manager during an engagement. Apply risk and control concepts and identify any potential issues. Communicate identified issues with Internal Audit Manager to ensure any potential concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner;
3. Ability to provide senior management with evaluations and recommendations to enhance certain limitations or weaknesses.
4. Demonstrate ability to lead an audit team and ensure successful results;
5. Prepare all related reports such as monthly KPI summary, quaterly/annually KPI audit, monthly financial summary and analysis, etc.             

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
2. Have at least 03 years of experience in the same position.
3. Have knowledge of Auditing, Accounting, Finance and Taxation
4. Can speak and write English fluently (level C).
